It was my first time coming to Kyoto and the experience was amazing. Damian was our server and he was great, always checking to make sure everything was okay and grabbing us refills and extra sauces. We ordered for Happy Hour and the prices were fantastic for everything we received. 10/10 will come back here! The interior is beautiful, really enjoyed the atmosphere here.

I really enjoyed my lunch experience. Kyoto is clean. I love the decor. The hostess was very pleasant, wait staf was couteous and professional. The food was good and as one would expect of a Japanese restaurant in the USA. Great job. Kyoto is casual restaurant with an upscale atmosphere. I loved it. I will bring my family for a dinner!!

The management is horrible and the workers treat others unfairly. Went here to eat and the only good server was Ben. He was attentive and made sure we were happy with the service we received. Also my moms chicken was undercooked.
They charged me for a fillet minion hibachi and I got a steak hibachi very disappointed that they screwed me. Never again. Screw me once shame on you screw me twice shame on me.

In my opinion, of course. The Sulphur location is better than the Lake Charles. The Hibachi cook was different. Overall both locations are good. I prefer Sulphur over Lake Charles. The food was cooked to perfection. Didn't have to ask for refills. Logan was very attentive. I'll be back!

Went there earlier and ordered ny steak hibachi and saw the new menu and I love how it described all the items and food and I can watch out for what I eat and how the designs made it look and how pleasant and homey it feels and makes the setting feel comfortable to be there. Very classy interior. They recently changed the sushi plating, very modern.
