I made an order at this restaurant 3/31/24 @ 9pm is on the app. Turns out they were closed but still took my order. And charged me 17.60 for my pizza and never refunded my money. Although I talked to little caesars customer service.

guys i can’t even believe it but the worst thing u can do is seeve people raw pizza doughpicked up a detroit style supreme and every slice wasn’t even cooked all the way i mean do these guys even care at all?my dad ordered from the website when he got to the store the store was locked for some reason so he had to wait an hour in the drive throughthe people told him that they were out of the pepperoni bites and my dad couldn’t get his refunds the woman claimed “no one knows how to make them”super sad

Waited an hour for an order I made online that was supposed to be ready an hour before I got there. I ended up waiting for an hour and ontop of that the employees were arguing and yelling back and forth to each other. This isnt the first time the service was bad. I’m extremely disappointed considering that I love little ceasers.

Completely horrible service over charged when the employee “Haley S.” Messed up on my order then made me pay even more I do not recommend this place what so ever. everyone is not professional and the work environment is disgusting. I wouldn’t touch a single food item or eat it because the people in there make it look horrible and non edible. They have underaged people running the place and that is not very business like if you ask me. Do better little Caesar’s or shut down.

Ordered extra sauce, but got practically no sauce. Think pizza was "recycled".... an old pepperoni they threw mushrooms on. Dry and cold.

From the store to the employees it's all gross. They don't wear gloves or wash their hands. The counters are even nasty. I cancelled my online order as soon as I walked in and saw all of it. Will never eat there. Hopefully health inspectors make a visit soon because it's ridiculous.

Just overheard an argument from employees about how they won't wear gloves because they aren't required.... I am standing in a empty store after being told at the window that they were to busy to make me a pizza that wasn't already made just to be ignored.... Usually a sub par experience but this was

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! after waiting in line behind one vehicle for almost 15 minutes when I got to the window the "so call manager" was confused on what I had and when I tried to clearly explain to him what my two orders were he caught and attitude and said he refuses service and slams the window in my face. After that he proceeded to lock the front lobby door so I could not come inside to address the situation and at least get my co worker's order. He is very unprofessional and sloppy looking and should not be running any business. Not only that but the last time I went to that location he insisted I pay cash for my food and when I did I clearly seen him slide the money off to the side and not put it in the register. Then maybe a sneaky look at me and smiled. LITTLE CEASARS HE IS STEALING FROM YOU! Idc if its 5 cents or 500 dollars its not right! THINGS NEED TO BE BETTER AT THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION IN SULPHUR, LA ON RUTH ST.Parking: PARKING LOT IS ALL MESSED UP!
