We have eaten here before and had good experiences. Tonight the fajitas were burnt, the cheese on the nachos was watered down and the food was in general not good. The service was terrible and we had to wait for silverware after our food arrived. All this could have been overlooked BUT the loud LOUD music was so annoying that no one could enjoy our meal or even talk because of how loud it was.

Most pathetic BURNT MEAT "tacos" I've ever wasted money on. Also listed it would come with rice and beans but with how this taste I'm glad they didn't waste the food on my plate. Putrid. Go to la rumba or even Taco Bell is better. I don't even do reviews but this was so NASTY it made me that mad. Also the attitudes in there....matches the food. No wonder it stays dead.

The young man who was our server was absolutely phenomenal. The serving sizes were unbelievable. Had we known we would have shared plates they are so large. And that was on the lunch menu.

Amazing place and delicious food. We ordered the cup of menudo and it’s bigger than most places and flavor spot on 10/10. Green chicken enchiladas 10/10, street tacos 10/10 and a lot of meat. Also ordered cantaritos super refreshing and delicious. Next time we are in town will definitely come
The food was great! Our chicken fajitas were pretty good, but the tacos were even more delicious. Our waiter was attentive and helpful, also.It was our son's birthday, and the birthday sombrero and dessert made him super happy.

I usually love Mexican, any kind ! Today was not great for Los ponchos. We ordered a large queso (which was delicious with the salsa and bean dip they serve). We also ordered the chicken flautas, macho quesadillas and Los ponchos dip . The flautas were super dry and has ZERO Seasoning to the chicken. 1 out of 5 stars.The macho quesadilla was 2 large quesadillas cut into 4 strips each to serve a few people. I shared with my 2 little boys. There was plenty but it wasn't very flavorful, and it was extremely greasy.The Los ponchos dip my brother ordered looked good but it had a strange taste, bitter .We loaded our food in containers to go and left with a $65 bill (without tip included) for mediocre at best food in our bellies.The service was great, our waitress kept drinks full and out food came out quickly.2 out if 5 stars overall for today.Update : we went today for lunch and it was super fast and delicious ? will be back !Kid-friendliness: They had kids menus and colors for them.
