Worst Popeyes ever everytime we want to buy dark spicy they were out or you have to wait for half an hour. Who the he'll is going to wait that long? Why don't they cooking chicken when it's lunch time or dinner time today is our 4th time coming by and no chicken.

Why do we have to pay for extra sauces if we’re not going to get them??? This is the second time I’ve been to this location recently and something was missing that I paid for! The last time we got a doordasher to pick up our food and I know doordash will get blamed for not making sure everything was in the bag, but it’s employees jobs also to MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN THE BAG before giving it to a customer or sending it with a dasher.

The manager on the night shift at this place is some dude with the worst hair cut I’ve ever seen. Not only was the drive through guy rude, they refused to make my online order due to the lack of chicken tenders. I didn’t get any notification, no warning, I asked why and the guy said “We don’t have any.” So when I called to ask why in hopes of speaking to a different person, she said “Oh the chicken tenders are frozen and will take a long time to thaw out.” OKAY, LETS GET SOMETHING STRAIGHT HERE. I’ve been working in the food industry for about 8 years now. Popeyes saying they’re out of chicken tenders is like subway saying they’re out of bread. I’m more than sure this incompetent manager had Halloween plans and wanted to close early. Whoever you are douchebag, do better.

Went in the evening, all I can say is little girl working behind counter does not multi-task at all. 2 people left while I was waiting in line, I didn't leave cause I had been there so long, figured I would stick it out.
