Driving up I was a little confused and leery from the humble shack this drive through presented.Undeterred I tried every shell fish they had crab, shrimp and crawfish on their recommendation. I was not disappointed at all, the spices and dips were amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through.“

“I stopped by Hollier's on my way from New Orleans to Houston. I was looking for authentic Cajun food, and I could not have been happier with my choice. The food was delicious and their service was even better. On my way out, I purchased their homemade Cajun seasoning. I wish I had purchased more than one.“
