It's concerning that y'all let a teenager vape while on the job in the middle of the lobby, around food, and when making smoothies. The service is always nice except for a few of the girls that I've seen that don't do anything when customers come in. The Ambiance is always tense for some reason and I've been there enough to know that lol. As a regular who goes mornings and night I've also noticed how its much more dirty the morning shift then It is the night shift.

Young lady listened to my requirements and allergies. She was patient and suggested smoothies that fit into my needs. I left with a good tasting smoothie and feeling satisfied with my purchased. Will consider returning when possible.

I have been getting gladiator smoothies here for a long time. Today I got one that was really bland. Tasted like it was just the strawberry protein mix and nothing else. New employees?

This location is absolutely horrible. As someone who worked here for 2 months, there multiple reasons I left. First and for most the “store manager” would legit only work for like maybe 3-4 hours a day sometimes would come in for like 30 minutes and leave. We never could get a truck order as our manager never was there. Not to mention our policy states it is required too have two employees on shift at all times. Our manager would leave and leave us by ourselves for 7 hours straight. We also never got breaks if we had to work long hours. I also left because the place was utterly disgusting. Sometimes the bananas would be moldy because no one cared. They hardly clean the appropriate stuff to make the smoothies. Also not to mention a certain employee who would steal money at the end of shift. This worker would also not make a smoothie right and purposely not fix it as “it’s whatever, it’ll be fine.” The amount of people I’ve had come back to me and ask ME to remake it was astonishing. They would tell me who the employee is and I instantly fixed it as I’ve known it’s been a issue. I made the issue known to our manager but he seemed to never care about any of the issues around this store. This employee has been stealing since the day she started and somehow she still has a job there. Our cameras are “broken” and they yet to fix them. This employee will continue to be a thief to this store but I guess they’ll never know as the manager isn’t really there and doesn’t care about anything. Save yourself the heartache and do not go here !!!!

I waited up front for at least five minutes and called out several times to no avail. I literally had to call the store while being inside to get the worker up front.She said she was smoking out back. She didn't wash her hands and immediately starting making my shake. I asked for my military discount and she said she never heard of that.She had to stop the blender three times because she forgot to add all the ingredients to include, ice, whatever they squirt in gladiators, etc.I was traveling, in a hurry, and needed a road meal because I just started invisalign. There wasn't a drive thru and the entire outside of the building looked like a beat up mechanics garage.

I've been coming to Smoothie King for years, one of the best places to get a smoothie. Never have I ever been to a place that could not make a smoothie right for anything. 3rd time in a row now I've been here and had my 1 smoothie order messed up. I'll ask for a chocolate flavor and it'll come out strawberry. I'll ask for certain other ingredients to be added in, and they add things that I did not name and mess up the flavor again on top of that. The 1st time I was understanding because I know people make mistakes. The second time I had already drove off and gotten down the road when I realized that I was drinking something completely different than from what I ordered. So on the 3rd time I tried my smoothie before leaving and it did not taste right. I told the person who made it that the smoothie didn't taste right and that it was missing some ingredients. This person offered to remake the smoothie. I recieved the smoothie again and it tasted exactly the same. I became super aggravated that for 3 times in a row these people could not make a smoothie correctly. So now on top of that I've spent money on 3 smoothies that weren't what I ordered/enjoyable to drink. I don't think I'll be wasting my money here again.

There was an issue with my points ave my rewards .my reward didn't redeem and even though i spent 17 dollars my points dropped by 400 and the guy at the window just said I don't know what to do.
