If you like your coffee bitter & old, this is the Starbucks for you! Never fails, morning or evening, everytime I get coffee from this Krogers Starbucks, it’s sooo bitter. I have to trash it everytime. I always say I won’t be back, but after this last time, I’m tapped out!

The girl taking my order didn't put my order in correctly but charged me for it.Three weeks later and I tried them again. This time it was a guy named river and he bragged about himself the whole time I was in line. When I got to order he messed my drink up twice not listening to me. I called corporate Starbucks and they made it right by not letting me Pau for it, and giving me extra money to come enjoy another drink on them. Starbucks came through but river needs some training.

This is a very convenient location just off of I-10 and insde a Kroger so it helps if you need to buy any other supplies.A special shout out to the Starbucks associate River. He was very kind, polite and helpful. He took great care in helping us decide what to order and then proceeded to make our drinks exactly the way we needed them to be.
