Has to be the worst burgerking i have ever been to.Understaffed and poor foodI sat there in the drive thru and watched the order taker just set and stare off into space instead of taking my orderThis includes alot of people infront of me left also as he did the sameOnly reason they even have good time numbers is because they make drivers set far enough away that the timer doesnt pick us up.

If the drive thru personnel are going to start directing the drive thru flow like cross guards, I think Burger King should invest in a cross guard gate device like they have at train stops and car washes. This would eliminate the drive thru employees from hanging out the window, waving their hands in S.O.S mode to signal the driver, and yelling aloud/cat calling at customers. Also, sometimes you are allowed to drive forward and pay, they take your money and then you are asked to put your vehicle in reverse and back up to a certain line using man made hand signals and yelling (I GUESS TO STOP THE WAIT TIME CLOCK) but they will tell you for safety. Someone almost ran into the front of my car doing this. Mc Donald's at least ask you to pull forward and the employee would bring your purchase out to you. Chick Fil A, Panera, Subway, Wendy's, or any other competitors would never do that to customers. At least a posting/signage alerting customers that this is part of your practice would be nice. I thought it was just one specific location in Gretna,La but this must be what is taught to employee.

If you are trying to find a veg or halal option, I don't think this place is for you.. They use the same griller for the Impossible Burger's patties, which is used for frying beef and pork becons.

manager had nothing but excuses why she had us wait for 40!! minutes to not tell us our order wasn't bagged. when in fact our order wasn't even made. we had a fairly small order. then she hands us coffee and proceeds to tell us she upgraded our hashbrowns, neither of which we ordered, even after I provided my receipt. nothing was offered except a SORRY apology and more excuses. still waiting to hear from corporate to see if the same response is received.

The person at the drive thru on Sunday night 10-22-23 around 8:45pm made everyone wait 10 feet behind the drive thru window. We thought the person in front of us wasn't paying attention so we honked. Then when it was our turn, she yelled "Wait, I have your impossible burger right here." When we got to the window, she got mad and said, " I told you to wait over there, but you pulled up to the window anyway. Next time pay attention." None of us heard her say wait there. She only said wait, but we know we have to wait anyway so we were fine with waiting. The worker was very rude and this is the first time any restaurant won't let us pull up to the window and got mad when we didn't stay 10 feet behind it. Maybe they're doing illegal activities in the kitchen and don't want people to see. They shouldn't be treating customers that way. They also didn't have any ice cream or shakes.

Gave my gf cold chicken fries. The coke slush looked gross and old. And we paid for a medium and got a small. This place needs to tighten up or just close down.

Orders on app I used my points for an ice cream cup for my 3 year old daughters got a call that they didn’t have cookies or ice cream and not only that when my driver asked about me getting my points back they got an attitude and screamed and yelled at him while I was on the phone real unprofessional. If they see this please some one give me a call for some answers on y this keep happening.

I always visit this Burger King and I must say for a staff that all way short staff I still get good customer service. I have ran into an employee that had an attitude but after speaking with the employee I just learn she was frustrated because that location can’t seem to keep employees. I usually go in the morning or around lunch time.

Late night stop at Burger King! I'm not a fan of fast food. It serves its purpose and is usually predictable. This time, I was in for a treat. I always ask for extra mayo because it's a very dry burger. And they usually don't put enough. I asked for extra extra. Well, I got xxextra. It was probably the best whopper I've had. Bread, meat, and everything was fresh. I was impressed. Wish every whopper was this good.
