Terrible service after wait over 1 hour to get delivery! Management David Call and say they can Not deliver to My address !. I’m not a new Customer I have they delivered over 5 orders but for some reason system send my order to a different store and They Just don’t want delivery ! Again I have the delivery over 5 times to my address before 70114 !

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! This location has let me down for the last time. I don’t know why I keep trying, but yet again they utilize doordash and my driver gets lost or doesn’t show up. I tried to get a discount or coupon for my pizza marked delivered without ever showing up, but my only option was to wait for a new pizza to be made and (possibly) delivered, or get a refund. Done with this Papa John’s!

Great pizza my boyfriend loves this place so much he won't order from anywhere else! The cinnamon pull aparts are to die for.definitely order from here.
Ordered on the app 30 minutes before we were meant to be in town. We got to the store, and our app said it was ready and picked up, but we obviously hadn't picked it up. They said because of the storm and lightning, it was messing with their system causing the app to show inaccurate order details (aka it being ready and picked up). We went into the store, and they said it would be ready in about 15 - 20 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago, and it STILL isn't ready. Maybe it's just the hangry side of me talking, but I doubt the lightning messed with the app that badly, I think they posted it as being picked up to keep their numbers up.UPDATE: The store power just went out. We're currently trying to get a refund secured.

Do not do not order the chicken nuggets they taste like soft dough I was very very disappointed in those nuggets totally not like the picture very little sauce not good at all don't waste your money please don't do it.

I stop going to papa John's on terry parkway for years becuz of the bad service. I was running short on time and thought about giving them a try. Again my order was not correct.
