Ordered a southwest salad with spicy crispy chicken and extra chicken and Italian dressing extra packet of dressing they charged me for everything extra but gave me the regular grilled chicken no extra chicken and only 1 Italian dressing what a disappointment

I've always used the drive up. They are quick, even with a long line, and the macaroni and cheese is pure perfection. Head and shoulders above any other fast food chicken places, hamburger joints and taco eateries. And they have a wide variety of options including salads. I love my local Chick-fil-A!

Very horrible for one the girl who took the order had an attitude when I ask for my food to be fresh she stated the food was fresh just to get my food and the fries was cold I called to tell them about it they stated I had to bring all the food back in order for them to replace my food or do anything because people have been calling making false statements about their food to get more so I stated that I was halfway home and I wasn’t turning around in the weather could they just put me down to replace my food the supervisor then stated I would have to bring the food back when I do come

Literally the worst location in the area. They constantly forget to include sauces and dressings, once didn’t put chicken on a salad, and they often forget to put fries in the bag. I spoke to one of the managers there about the second two issues and he said “oh yeah that happens a lot here.” Then fix it???? Their system also cancels online orders even if you get there on time. I just don’t understand this location. Then add on the obnoxious wait times and it just makes everything worse. I’d rather go out of my way to go to the location on campus rather than continue to deal with the canal one.
