Ate at the bar for a weekend dinner. Service and atmosphere were nice, I liked the space. Good cocktail list and a large selection of bourbons. Of the two starters the French onion soup was decent, the crab fat Caesar salad was...not. Somehow even with the cheese and dressing it felt like we were just eating plain lettuce. The entree, oyster and squash agnolotti sounded really good but the execution was off. Pasta was dry, the filling was overly salty, and the style of the fried oysters seemed out of place, more appropriate for a beer and fries. The sesame see creme brulee was decent.

The best restaurant and cocktail program in Houma-Thibodaux. It is at the level of good New Orleans restaurants, and is a huge asset to the region. If there is one way this place could improve, it would be with better acoustics. There’s something about every nice restaurant in this area, Cinclaire included, where they insist on hard floors, high ceilings, and nothing to dampen the sound. It shouldn’t deter you though. This place is a gem.

You can NEVER go wrong at Cinclare. The service is impeccable, the food is over the top great and creative ( especially the cheesecake wonton and Robicheaux old fashioned drink). The ambiance is fantastic for a romantic dinner or a graduation crowd

One of my favorite places to eat. Great bartenders, servers and obviously the food is incredible. I rarely eat outside my comfort zone of flavors. Here I try new things. Never disappointed.
So let me start with the positives...the staff was super friendly and our server was attentive. The cocktails were pretty good for the price. The restaurant was recommended by a couple of locals so we trusted the food to be "amazing". We ordered the charcuterie and shrimp toast as appetizers and both were good. For our entree we choose the gulf fish and the filet with crab. For $55 the filet was BARELY 3 oz and was mostly gristle. The crab on top was ice cold as if it came straight out of a refrigerator. The majority of the plate was plain unseasoned potatoes with a piece of roasted garlic on the side ( I guess to season them with). The gulf fish was nothing more than a plain pice of fish over a somewhat mushy concoction. We finished our plates only because we were starving and had waited all day for this meal. We choose a chocolate dipped puff pastry that was tough. As much as I was hoping to love this restaurant, it was simply sub par and DEFINITELY not worth the price we paid. I don't mind spending $250 on a dining experience but unfortunately this just wasn't it.

They know what they’re doing, and you can tell that making the customers happy is their main priority.I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Cinclare Restaurant. I had a 3 course meal with a couple of drinks. This place is ideal for those who want a romantic night out, celebrate a birthday or something else. Because there is also plenty of room for bigger groups.
