I ordered on the app to the Houma location , but the manager at the Thibodaux location called and he put my order in & made it for me so I didn’t have to go way to Houma for my order ! I loveeee Thibodaux location they are always so sweet and kind , keep it up IHOP in thibodaux ❤️Parking: Always park in the front !

Y’all! This IHOP is the BEST one 8 have ever been to! The server was spot on! He was very kind and helpful with the menu. I am familiar with ihop but I was so indecisive his help was really appreciated. I ordered the spicy poblano eggs benedict. It is amazing! I have been raving about it all week! I cleared the plate. I also had my friend try and she loved it too. I had a great experience. It made my evening after a long and tiring day.

Today was an amazing day here janivonne our server was absolutely the best from the moment we sat down til we left everything was done with a smile and our service was excellent I also spoke to the Mgr Angie who also is amazing manager I let her know how great our server was this location is under new management and they are doing an Awesome job here if you are in town stop by this restaurant was super clean food came out on time Fresh and Hot I will be back ❤️

Our meal was so good. Our server was the sweetest attentive young man. Highly recommend this location. Plus the recommended strawberry waffel desert was super!!
If I could have given this IHOP 0 or negative stats I would have. Went in there for a to go order stood there several minutes before the 1-2 workers finally acknowledged me. And get this I was the only customer in the establishment. They also told me that they were closing in about 20 minutes yet the sign that they still had up outside said 24hrs. This location also appeared pretty new. The pancakes that I had waited so long to try (the New York cheesecake style), was supposed to have strawberries and strawberry glaze plus chopped up banana on top well the toppings were never put on it. Also couldn't eat it bc apparently without the toppings it tastes disgusting! Also shorted me 1 sausage out of a add on order. Oh and to top it all off the other workers including management walked by thru the kitchen never acknowledged me and looked at me as though I was the problem! The 2 that actually acknowledged me earlier after making me wait a few minutes even though I was the ONLY customer there, were nice but u had to speak to them not the other way around. I definitely did not tip all bc of the overall experience of the staff. Literally the worst IHOP ever. I have never had a bad experience at a IHOP location until this one. In the picture that was all I could eat of the pancakes but the pic clearly shows that the toppings were never put on or even thought about.

Service was great! I got the Colorado omelette, it was kinda cold, weird because literally no one else was in there. Also had the worst food poisoning I think I'll ever experience.

This happened in the Thibodaux restaurant. We placed our order and an hour and a half later we still didn’t have our food. The restaurant was not even crowed. But most of all the waitress was very rude. We had to go find her to get our food and we had two people at met us and we had to go find her to give her their order. Then it took about 45 minutes or more to get their order. We asked for the checks and waited for about 15 to 20 minutes then decided to go to the register to pay our bills. She had never brought us the checks. The place had a lot of empty tables the whole time we were there. Very unhappy with the service.
