The employees clearly hate working there. They go out of their way to avoid you when you walk in the door. Most people have to use the drive thru just so someone will take there order. Food is served sloppy, and the your order is put on the counter without calling your name.

They had 8 employees and no customers, yet still had to wait 10 minutes for my order i placed via app. They gave us cold chicken sandwiches on stale buns. They tried giving us cold fries that were sitting on the counter. The mayo on the sandwich tasted off as well. 2 stars for the food because they at least redid the fries. Employees were too busy playing on their phones to care about customers or while pieces of chicken on the floor.

Just left there…all I wanna know is what time yesterday (10/14/23) was those strawberry biscuits cooked that y’all still serving today (10/15/23)!?Also..why I’m always missing food that I order & payed for?!This place is terrrrrrible!!
I love Popeye's chicken but every time I visit this one, the order is almost certainly going to be filled incorrectly.

Over 40 mins for 16 piece tender spicy family meal one large fry with two large Mac and cheeses. I ordered at 8:59 my receipt states and my clock on my car and phone states 9:37pm. Called and was informed at 9:30 that my food would be right out.
