I'm a contractor for Entergy and where I'm located helping with logistics while they work to get the power back on after a hurricane this company has gone above and beyond to keep the guys fed, have ice, water and power aid covid prevention supplies and the food is outstanding. they all greet you with a smile and say thank you to the workers and extra little things like Halloween candy for everyone on Halloween who even thinks of that these guys did I would definitely recommend...read full review

I was looking for something different for my wedding other than the basic wedding food spread. I am so glad I went with Premier Catering. It was exactly what I envisioned. The duck with fig jam and Cajun boudin eggrolls were a huge hit as well as the brisket and pulled pork. Presentation was nice. Staff was friendly. My personal attendant was great.
