Rally’s Drive thru on 7/27/2023 The staff was courteous and kind . But my order was wrong both times . The entire burger, including the bun was cold ( like out of the refrigerator cold) . The cheese was of course was not melted, likely due to it being impossible to melt when we’re freezing. The manager took my order and payment the second time to correct my order. There were a few unsanitary acts performed by the manger, like accepting my incorrect order back through the drive thru window for disposal, using the same gloves to accept payment, AND then leaving the window to prepare the food. Both, the cashier and manager were nice, but the acts of the manager made me throw my twice wrong order away ? and I was hungry

As i passed through Thibodaux on my way back home to Baton Rouge, A young lady named Destiny took my order upon arriving. Her customer service was beyond excellent from the time she took my order to the time i received my order..Customer service from her was just superb, everyone know now a days when you go to certain places that deal with the public customer service is awful but when i arrived at Rally's and received professional customer service from Destiny, I can honestly say when i go back down home i will definitely stop again. PS: RALLY'S YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER HER FOR A MANAGING ROLE IN TRAINING AND OVERSEEING OTHERS, SHE HAS ALL THE POTENTIALS! Thanks again Destiny!

The Deep Sea Double is served here but its not on the menu!! Was so happy to get this today!! If the lines long for drive through don't worry the people working were fast and its long for a reason. The foods great and the prices didn't go up like many other fast food places in thibodaux!! I downloaded the app and im looking foward to getting free food with points!!

Staff is always hustling and very friendly. I can go there without getting the fry lover xl to share with the family.If you use the left drive in, it’s good practice for kids to communicate with older people to process transactions.
