This subway doesn't take subway coupons. Doesn't quite make sense so we left and went to another subway that does take coupons. Lost our business for good

On July 12, 2022, Subway had a promotional period from 10:A.M. to Noon. During this period, each Subway store was authorized to give 50 free sandwiches to customers from their new menu. My son and I arrived at the Subway store located at 1121 Audubon, Thibodaux, La at 10:15 A.M.. Inside the store, there were 5 customers and two workers behind the counter. The two workers looked at us with rude stares. When we asked about the promotion, we were informed that all promotional sandwiches had already been given out. This seems very unlikely since we were there only 15 minutes after the promotion started, and there were very few customers in the store. I may patronize Subway again, but not the one at 1121 Audubon in Thibodaux, LA.

Love the tuna salad sandwich. Perfect not too runny like some other sandwich places. Got a foot long to split with my wife.
Not impressed with this location. Kids that work here never look happy. The one that helped me tonight was monotoned the whole time. Since when does subway not carry chicken breast any more? And I'm sorry if you can't take the minute it takes to chop a salad your failing the customer service game.
