I ordered a crunch wrap supreme for the Thibodaux Louisiana store …Not at all crunchy … I put it in a skillet with butter, like a grilled cheese and grilled it until it was brown - still not crunchy.It was nothing but tortilla…. not much insideThere may have been one tablespoon of meat inside.What a waste of my money !!!Please don’t waste YOUR MONEY !I used to like their cheesy chalupa but now I do not like one thing on their menu.DONE WITH TACO BELL. !!!

Horrible! Every time I go here, nothing is ever fresh. I ordered a chalupa and the shell was stale, cold, and very chewy. This was not a one time occurrence. I have yet to visit this location and get a fresh chalupa out of the maybe dozen times I've been there.

They never have breakfast available. Either they are out of eggs or they aren't opening the lobby for breakfast. The environment is very unprofessional my boyfriend had walked in to order and was hit on persistently by some young woman in there. Which is given but take a hint hun. Anyways the only thing you will experience from this taco bell that's decent is the lunch or dinner options.
