Had been hearing about the roast beef PoBoy so I had to try it. However, when I saw and smelled the special of red beans, rice and sausage I had to try it. Glad I did. Oh, and a friend had the delicious roast beef and was not disappointed.

Fresh Gambino's bread!!!!!My husband and I stopped in at Bourre Seafood Market in Walker. This Roast beef po-boy was amazing. The thing is huge and full of flavor. The picture is only half of the actual po-boy. We also had the daily special, fried catfish and it was amazing also.The customer service is phenomenal and the food!! Y'all check them out!!!
The roast beef PoBoy, is melt in your mouth tender. The beef is slow cooked and very flavorful. I recommend asking for your bread to be toasted and gravy on the side, or you will not be able to manage even one bite. Be prepared to pay a little more @ 12.99 for a 6 inch. WORTH EVERY PENNY. ? ?The restaurant is small, clean, and quaint. The owner is friendly and helpful. However, set your GPS to the location. You will pass it right by if you do not set the GPS.

You need to consider opening on Sat. People are to food and staying open until at least 9 on Sat. would give you more business. I see you also got a comment from another customer about when your open. Good Luck!
