Food is hit or miss depending on the time of day or day of the week. More fresh food when its busy and they refill the buffet trays more often. But its harder to get crawfish or crabs when its busy, people get greedy and pile up their plates. Sushi bar is average at best. Seating is good, lots of TVs and always a good place to watch LSU or Saints football games, NBA games.

They've added some new decor and have this really cool cotton candy machine now. Not sure the price though. We went for crab legs and they wasn't as seasoned as usual which was ok because you know we should be watching out sodium intake The sushi looked good so I grabbed a few pieces, they wasn't kept chilled and I'm pretty sure that's why I got sick, so thanks because that's always fun! I ended up just sitting there watching him eat which was fine, he got his fill. They actually ran out of plates at one point. Busy night! I went to get a popsicle later and the paper was stuck to it and once I opened it, I could see ice crystals, which made me think it had defrosted and melted and was refrozen so yay I didn't even eat that.. do better!!!

Food is mediocre. Not much replenishing of food. The good news is they keep the food Hot! Hopefully they can make a few improvements that would make it a good go to for Chinese food.
First off they call it seafood night and charging you more than juicy crab… every table was gross and they still walked us over to sit down…. The snow crab was flavorless and by time you were able to get anything off the one tray that everyone was attacking it was barely anything left.. the kids were sitting everything out they put in there mouths… and I didn’t even eat cause it was so dirty everywhere… I’ve been here a few time before but that was the very last time… disgusting ? do t waste your time or money.. the service was horrible our drinks didn’t come until we were almost finish.. please go else where they have a great Chinese place by the Walmart. For my boyfriend and two kid it was still 50 bucks and we ended up going to McDonald’s after because everyone was still hungry…. And McDonald’s was better lol ?

The snow crab was solid, nothing insane but still pretty good. It’s low quality but it’s about what I expect from a buffet. The boiled crabs were pretty solid. The boiled crawfish were ok. The boiled shrimp were pretty good. The only complaint I have is that they ran out of frog legs at 7 PM but they were insanely good with the 1-2 I got. The booth was also pretty worn but not a huge deal

The restaurant does need an upgrade.Food: This is where the disappointment comes in. Years ago I went here and the food was fabulous. This time...it's just a typical Asian buffet. Food was barely warm,dried out,mussels are tough with no flavor. Chicken wings were so crunchy that i nearly broke a tooth.There weren't as many dishes to choose from as any other Asian buffet. I'm guessing I should have went for dinner instead of lunch. The place stays busy and there were many empty slots on the buffet.

I seriously think this is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I did try it twice the first time the food was horrible cold and old . Then I have family that wanted to try it so I go back again. This time we didn't even get past the waiting room they refuse to set us until the rest of our party got there even though I said we was ready to start eating I explain to them that the rest of my party would be there within 10 minutes but they were so scared of losing a dollar. They would not give us a big enough table to set everyone until they got their which was only four more people. And by the way did I mention that they have plenty of tables and was not busy. So I made a phone call to the rest of my party we decided to go to another restaurant.there greediness cost them seven sells in customers that will not ever return . But if you want to go eat nasty food with horrible service with money grubbing staff go help your self. Hope this helps.
