My food had hair that was pure black in it when I told them they just ignored me . They dump the old food with the new food and stir it around so you are not really getting warm fresh food . Just either watch when you take a bite of food here or run the other way and go somewhere else .

First the spring rolls are the size of kids taquitos. Everything was fried or cook too long. The portions were ridiculous and they still charge as much as the other hot woks for less food and pathetic quality control. Walker is a hard pass. I'll stick to the one in Watson from now on. Better portions and quality control. The only good thing I can say is they were timely in getting my order ready.

Food was decent (with very limited choices), but to go boxes are tiny and I have never been to a chinese restaurant that charges extra if you want soup or dessert. (Unless you put your dessert in the same box as your food). I won't be back

I worked in a Cantonese restaurant for 7 years. They make fake Chinese fried rice, it's more like Vietnamese fried rice. Everything else is ok for a fast food Chinese restaurant. It's always very hot inside tho so we take it to go. Service has always been fast. I rarely order from here these days since Asian Fusion opened in Watson. Asian Fusion has the BEST authentic Cantonese cuisine and a the best roast duck I've ever eaten in my life. I frequently travel and when I do I go to China town all over the USA. I'm not a fan of their fried rice.

Hot Wok has the best Chinese cuisine! We used to pick up weekly, until we moved further away. We still make sure to visit once or twice a month, esp since the food stays so HOT and fresh for the distance! Great customer service! Very friendly and fast! ?

15 dollars and I got food poisoning after eating here. Right before we got up to leave the last was over there smashing flies with her hand by the dessert bar. Gross!!

THIS PLACE IS NASTY OH MY GOD went here to eat they have plastic ware as utensils for dine in. We are eating and we watch the waitress grab plates off the tables dump the food and wipe the plates down with the same dirty towel she was wiping the tables with and put them back on the stack of plastic plates. I went to go throw away my food and I threw away those plates JUST NASTY

The food was not fresh, even when several more groups of customers came in to have the buffet on top of the six of us that were already eating, they still never prepared more food for the buffet. We had one tiny paper plate of the bits that seemed semi-fresh and left after paying $32 for two buffets of nothing. On top of that, the fountain drinks tasted terrible. They don't need to worry about our business returning
