Wow! I was blown away by the excellent customer service provided by the gal working the drive-thru around 8pm on 11/26/2023. She was kind and friendly and had the best smile. The food was delicious, especially the blizzards. Thank you! ?

Only one other couple inside when my granddaughter and I stopped for her favorite chicken strips at 2:30 pm on a Friday afternoon(today). We sat at a table to wait for our food and had to move twice because the tables were dirty and not wiped after previous customers left. The floor looked like it desperately needed to be mopped as well. The flies were on the table eating the crumbs left behind, it was pretty disgusting and we changed our order to go instead of eating in the restaurant. Maybe you need more staff but once our order was given. We never saw the girl at the counter again until our food was ready to go.

Bathrooms, no food.... I am a firm believer in how a restaurant takes pride in their bathroom will be a direct reflection of what the kitchen will be like. I would not be eating here even if I was hungry, their bathrooms were that bad.
Fries were hot and country gravy was fresh but I had to throw out 3 chicken strips. They tasted awful. Like they had been cooked and then were cold and thrown back in the oil to heat up. I live in Jennings, was not going to drive all the way back.
