My husband just left Church's Chicken Drive thru window , ordering two 3 piece tender meals with sweet tea. He was ask to pull forward due to the okra not being ready. Which he did and sat for almost 20 minutes. About to give up , a lady brought his food out but did not bring the drink. He pointed out to her and she ask him to back , back up to the drive thru window. ??? Once he backed up they gave him a sweet tea and his actually sides for his meal , slammed the window in his face with no apologies for the wait or the inconvenience , had he not pointed out he was missing his drink he would have came home without any of his side items... Meaning those were missing also before she brought out to the car. The Okra is half new and seems like half old. The chicken tenders are tiny , hard and the worst i think I have ever been served , he ask for Honey or sauce and that was not in the bags . I can only imagine what the service would have been like in a busy time of the day ! Don't give your hard earned money to this establishment during this economy . Way better places to spend your money and time

Worst chicken sandwiches we've ever had. Only giving 2 for the fries being so great. We ended up throwing the chicken sandwiches out and going somewhere else. The chicken was tough and tasted weird like they were old and reheated way too many times.

Ok y'all. I never leave reviews. But this was amazing. Me and hubby went in at1 pm and staff was awesome. Food was fabulous hot and exact what we ordered. Loving the purple dip thank you for selling us on it!! Small and older but felt clean and we would go again and again if we didn't live 17 hours from this one. Was my hubby's first time. Was great food and service. We also got 2 free Halloween trick or treat bags and man on man that biscuit was beyond fab.

Sat at the drive-thru speaker for almost over 3 minutes. Then pulled up to the window and a employee raised her hand at me as if she was telling me to hold on. We sat for another 3-4 minutes and still nothing. After that I go into the restaurant and try to ask what's happening. A girl comes out and assists another customer and tells her they are having shift changes. Why didn't they tell anyone? Horrible service, restaurant was dirty inside, so I decided to leave and go to Popeyes

Slow they get the order wrong a lot the place is dirty and nasty you have to send orders back a lot and all the time they need a new manager older and wiser maybe things will work out better.

The biscuit is always hard and the chicken is never hot and fresh. But I can say that the bomers was hot and fresh.
