Passion has got to be the rudest manger I’ve had to deal with. She deserve zero stars and if I could score them with half a star between my food and her service being a manger that’s what I’d give them. My pizza sucked they bird fed me a 20 dollar meat lovers that didn’t even compare to a 5.99 hunts brother pizza out of a gas station. I ask passion to make it right she hung up on me. I’ll still order but I hope the have better management.
Excellent customer service. I wasn't able to go outside to give access to the delivery driver at work due to issues at work. I called when I was able and set up a time to carry out before they closed. They made my order fresh for me even when it was not their fault. It's nice to find that customer service matters at some places still.

Generally quick & delicious! They have great specials & rewards that result in cheap prices, except for the high $6 delivery charge that does not include the driver’s tip. But delivery is always welcome relief when a mom has the flu yet still needs to feed her kids.

The food at the restaurant is good but this is the first time that I had to wait for almost an hour and a half just to get my pizza delivered. I have never had to wait this long before.

There wasn't a 0 star option. I've been trying to contact a manager for about 6 hours now. Everytime I call some kid that has no answers claims to be the manager. I was charged $18.75 for 1 bread bowl that I picked up. Haven't gotten a call back or any response whatsoever. Highly disappointed

Orders a pizza tonight and it took twice as long to get to my house. The pizza was stone cold and the general manager did not care or the district manager or the regional manager. All they did was make excuses. Do order pizza from here when there are so many other pizza places around that are so much better and care.
