We went for lunch, the guy who checked us out was on the phone speaking Spanish the whole time, printed receipt & we paid & walked out. Got in the car and saw we were charged what would have been super prices($51) For 2 adults 1 kid. Was told there was nothing they could do since we walked out the door and that we wanted to speak with the manager… manager was on vacation and would be till Jan 15th. I believe they charged us full price knowing it. We will not be back to either location. Food isn’t the greatest anyway!

First of all I head into a new restaurant in a different state you expect professional as a manager which in this case we he had none!! Inciden was a huge hole in the mens restroom and it was brought to his attention and simply laughed , yes it's the mens restroom but as a new person going into a stall to see a hole in the wall yes you're going to ,think who's looking in from other side of wall.! Another thing is the food was terrible I made suggestions to waiters on what real Mexican food should be like like in my home state of Texas! I even told him my concern for youg kids going in the restroom now a days alone could b horrible you never know theres sick people out there!!!

Friendly staff, except for one who kept staring at my party and laughing for whatever reason. Food was okay but I’ve had better at similar type restaurants. The whole place needs a good cleaning from floor to ceiling. I lost my appetite if I looked anywhere but at my food. I noticed the bus boy wiping the food from a previous party into the floor and he never even bothered to come back to clean it up.

Food and service are always top notch! I've been eating here for years and have not had a bad experience yet. Always clean and the food is always fresh. They have another larger El Jarrito in town but this is the better spot. Cozy and less hectic.

We have been going here for a while now and we love the food, the staff have come to know us and our friends. Food is always hot, and delicious. Their only issue is that here lately they have been getting super busy, we had to hunt someone down to get our drink order taken.

If I could give a zero I would. The waitress was slow not attentive did not order my food correctly when I told showed the owner how overcooked my steak fajitas was he said it's thin meat, it cooks up. I said if it was med rare plus it would not be well done He agreed to discount our bill 10% then he charged me the full price plus a card fee since I wasn't paying with cash. The food was cold, beans were mushy, the rice was clumpy yuck. There was bugs on the floor . I will never go back! Kept the food and still charged me! Very unprofessional establishment.
