I come to this location very frequently and always get the french dip. Tonight i placed an online order and picked it up at 8:15pm. When i got home to eat my french dip was raw and had blood on the bottom of the to go container. I also noticed a green tint to the meat. I have ordered the french dip at least 15 times from this exact location every time and i’ve never had it come raw like that before to the point where i can’t even eat it. I called the store and asked if i could come in tomorrow since they close in less than 30 minutes and maybe get a refund or store credit for a later time to use. I was offered by the manager to come by in the morning and they would remake it. I didn’t want it re made because i can’t eat it after taking it apart and seeing the raw meat nor do i want a sandwich at 10:30 in the morning when i had to come. I mentioned the meat had a green tint to it to which the manager told me “it was probably avocado from them using the same knife”. This sandwich has no mention on avacado on the menu so i’m not sure why it’s being cross contaminated with a knife that has avocado on it especially when someone can be allergic. It’s not even avocado that’s on the meat it’s green but it simply looks like maybe bad meat. Spent a good bit on my meal and it was a waste. The manager truly didn’t care at all when speaking on the phone. I hate to be that person but she barely spoke or offered any help.

First off, the atmosphere is actually nice, but I didn't want to give a higher rating because the food and service were sooooo not worth the overpricing. MAJORLY overpriced. Lemonade are tasteless, just sugar water. Food was blarely edible. That's all. Will never go to McAllister again. Also, chicken tortilla soup is yellow goo, not "chicken and green onion, and that's it," like the server described. What a waste of money. I'm a HUGE tipper, but the absolute "can't be bothered" attitude of the server had me wanting to stiff someone for the first time.

Last week was my first visit of this McAlister's. The store was just opening and I was the only one in the restaurant. I placed a double order to go and sat down to wait. Several employees came by and spoke to me... one asking if I needed anything. A young lady by the name of Lou, I believe, came over and asked if I would like a drink while I waited. I said yes and she asked if I would like a cookie as well. She was extremely professional and friendly. I don't know if she was on the management team or not. If she wasn't, she certainly ought to be!The food was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend the McAlister's deli in West Monroe, Louisiana!

I just went through the drive-through and I noticed that their machine was broken and it had a sign on it. No problem I thought I’ll just download the app and order. While waiting for the app to download, I managed to make my way up to the window, and the lady at the window asked my name I said I haven’t ordered yet and she said this is pick up only. The paper sign on the drive-through machine didn’t mention it, and by the time you I got to window, I was trapped in between other vehicles.Deleting App !!No apologies didn’t seem like she cared about my business. No problem there are plenty of other places who do a far better job.
