Went to the drive thru. The person working the payment window,was sitting in a corner and didn't seem interested in her job. The person at the pickup window was rude and very rushed.

The service at this particular McDonald’s is always so slow no matter the time of day. Or day of the week. I’m not sure if it’s due to the sheer volume of cars that come through but I frequently use the one on 18th St in Monroe at lunch and it runs like clockwork even when it’s slammed. The staff at the Well Rd location always seems confused.

I came to this one today hoping for a better day. I got half a box of fries. The fish looks overcooked. Not much tartar sauce. I don't owe you 50 percent of what I get or what I have. Learn to give better service.

Yet again didnt get my order right. Ordered hamburger happy meal, fish sandwich and frappe.... got chicken nugget happy meal, fish sandwich meal and frappe.

Fast food not only that they didn't have water I wanted which
DO NOT STOP AT THIS RESTAURANT. Well, I stopped for lunch and a break from driving. I stood at the counter for a while, while a server was doing an order for the drive-through in front of me (I would guess). None of the 3 or so workers even acknowledged me, other than looking at me. When I got bored from being ignored, I walked out and went to a nearby Rally's, who served me and liked making money on me.
