The worst service I've ever experienced. Crew knew nothing of their product and not willing to show me what I was about to pay for. I've always wondered why this particular franchise has lost its popularity over the years. Needless to say, I wonder no more. There were no signs posted plainly anywhere in the lobby. Staff had no interest in promoting their own service. Some of you might think that I'm getting bent out of shape over a pizza that's been around for years for no reason, but it wasn't the product that made me walk out of this establishment. I walked out because I was treated as if my patronage was unimportant. Out of all the staff here, the most inexperienced staff member (guessing due to the difficulty she seemed to be having with the POS system) was the most professional out the whole crew. I've worked food service jobs for years and have never treated a customer the way I was treated last night no matter how ugly or rude they were to me. Not only the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to, but the worst establishment I've been to in a VERY A long time. I didn't want to even give them 1 star, but I had to in order to even post this review.

The Meat Lovers Melt was delicious. I was asked to park, and return after a wait period to receive my order. Otherwise, I rate them at 4.5.

Good pizza for the price with meat in every bite! The crust is kind of on the sweet side if you like that. Service is pretty good if you eat in it seems like they want everybody to have a good time. They're helpful and nice about it and treat you like you're the only ones in the building, that's how I like to feel. They even brought extra sauce because I said I like to dip my pizza in it, thanks for the good time y'all!

Placed a carryout order online for two medium pizzas & cinnamon sticks for 12:15. Made it a little before pick up time & waited about six minutes before I received my order which was no issue. The employees that waited on me were nice & the pizza was hot & fresh.
If you look at my other reviews you will see this is my only five star ? review thus far. It's well deserved. This pizza hut could be the training station for all the others. I'm eating a piece as I write this. Yum.

The workers here are always very courteous and my pizza is always ready when promised.The pizza has really fallen off in quality. It's the corporation's fault for making terrible changes, not the local location.

We ordered 71 personal pan pizzas for a school field trip to Kiroli Park. (We ordered a few days ahead so they could prepare for the large order.)The service was TERRIFIC! They delivered the pizza to the park on time. The pizza was hot and delicious!
