PJ’s Coffee in West Monroe La has some of the sweetest employees we’ve ever met not to mention the best coffee. We choose PJ’s because of sweetest employee’s cleanest setting area and awesome coffee. Love this place!
If I’m in drive thru and you make a big deal about tipping and signing yet look at me like I have a 3rd ?️ for asking for sweetener or a stirrer then I’m definitely not tipping beforehand anymore! Try caring about what’s important to the customer aka customer

So this is very hard for me to write, because PJ's is my favorite coffee shop, though I typically go to the one in Ruston, la. Today I went by to get a cup and I believed I was being polite and patient. But the staff gave me the feeling that I was not wanted there and that I was being judged. I wasn't angry, and if they felt that way I would apologize. But that tension I have received from both the West Monroe and Ruston branches has gone beyond the point to let live.
