Absolutely horrible service. Just stood at the counter for 10 minutes with nobody in line, could not get any worker to even acknowledge us. We gave up when they finally finished a drive thru order and all immediately went on break.

I wish they just close the quality of food to me is terrible. I couldn't even eat my food. for slice beef. Big chunks are dry meat My husband asked He acts ribs. And they gave him beat big chunks of dry beef. They don't care and they got nasty attitudes. I wish they just closed the quality of food. It's crazy. I've been in a moment one time. At every time I'm disappointed. Wasted twenty two dollars I can't eat.

We went through the drive through and service was completely horrible.. the young black gentleman working the window had a nasty attitude and never spoke. The other young black kitchen employees would not make eye contact as we sat waiting for 30 minutes… on top of that they screwed up my girlfriend’s poboy order and double charged me for mine. We were literally the only person in the drive through. Asked for a roast beef poboy with no lettuce or tomato. Also ordered a two meat plate with beans and fries. The person who took out order non professionally murmured back what I thought was correct. We pulled forward to the window.. was then mean mugged by the whole staff.. they finally stuck the food out the window like a damn monkey… we got home and I was missing half an order of ribs, the gravy was cold, and my girlfriend’s poboy had lettuce and tomato which they were instructed to leave off…This was by far the worst service we’ve had and we felt discriminated while there because we were white!The car in front of us was a black couple and they chuckled back and forth and I’m sure their order was right!!!We won’t be back?

Today we ordered a family 4-6 meat plate and there was literally barely enough meat for 2 people. The beef was chopped so finely it was literally pieces and there were maybe 5 pieces of ham. This is very disappointing and just not worth the $40 we paid.

The only positive I can day about my sampler platter is that it is alot of food for your money. $20 after tax however if you end up throwing the whole plate away like I had to then its not worth it. There was no seasoning on any of the meat. Everything was dry, even the beans were ruined by tons of dry meat.the bbq sauce was runny and tasted of strait vinegar. The ribs were fall off the bone but they were dry, black and burnt. The ham was decent. They even managed to burn the bread.

The food is actually really good, but they are racist against white people, especially the two younger girls with long hair who work in the afternoon. Prepare to be completely ignored for 10+ minutes to place an order.
Beware!!’! This place is really a hit and miss bbq joint. Avoid when slow or your food will be cold.Bbq was mid, bland and cold.
