There's one lady, whom I assume is a manager, who knows my old man and I and its always nice to hear "welcome back". We go to this location often and never have any issues. Everyone is always friendly and courteous and we will continue to go there!

Visited this location while traveling. Upon entering noticed manager(Sherry) was being very hasty to all customer in front of me. Once it was my turn I asked were there any specials on large boxes of chicken. She rudely pointed at the menu board and stated the prices are right there. I ordered the 10 piece combo. Once back in vehicle we noticed on window a large order chicken only an almost half the price. If we wasn’t trying to get back on road would have went back in. However really didn’t want to waste a lot of time as I felt going back in and dealing with her would have been quite a mess.

Popeyes Louisiana kitchen on Thomas Road West Monroe is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Being more specific, Cherry (spelling, according to her ) The manager is very loud and rude. When having an issue with a customer, you should never cause a scene, making a spectacle for other customers to see. I will be contacting corporate about this employee. I eat at Popeyes regularly and have never been charged three dollars $3 for an empty cup to get water. if this is policy, Sherri could definitely have been nicer about her delivery.

Drive thru mess our order up every single time we get something from here. I know we should learn our lesson and not come back but this one is convenient to our location and food is 8/10. Just glad the manager heard our complain on the previous visit and made our order right.

Popeyes has just about run its course with me. The food is too expensive to have to sit in a line 7 to 8 cars deep and then receive cold dried out food as if they cooked it the day before. NO. WE ARE NOT DOING THIS POPEYES. GET IT TOGETHER.

My wife loves Popeyes' chicken so we decided to get some at the store off Thomas Rd last night. Employee working the register was unresponsive and rude (ignoring us) when we arrived at the counter to order. I asked if the store was open and she nodded "yes." She acted as though we were an inconvenience to her and leaned against the wall near the cash register (with her eyes focused on the ceiling) as though she was in a trance or not happy with her job. The menu monitors were either turned off or not working. The other employees (not busy) saw what was going on at the front counter and just watched. Due to their rude and disrespectful behavior, we decided to go somewhere else for dinner. Avoid this business.

I have eaten at, a lot of, Popeyes Fried Chicken Restaurants and this store is, by far, the worst! They are slow, rude, unmotivated, unapologetic and expensive! We won't be back!
