Waited over an hour for an online order because they forgot about me, why say youre on the way with the order, if it’s not even made? Also the milkshakes are never mixed, the tater tots are mushy and undercooked, and it feels like they give me extra ice every time I ask for light ice.
I was picking up my order of shakes and the employee Shay, was ignorant when she handed them to me, the lid popped off one of them and spilled a little on me and she screw faced me and walked away....

Just spent $6 on. Supersonic burrito had no sausage egg or cheese. Literally only toys onions and jalapeños on a cold tortilla. Last week got a cold burger with no onions. Good price at an all time high but quality at all time low.

Complete trash!!!!! They have no ideas or don't care what is supposed to go where everytime i come I get squashed tots with cheese they put them at the bottom of the bag on top of them were cheese sticks that were not done! They were still raw!! Pretzel that was old cheese sauce ALL on top of tots with cheese!!! I ordered a cherry limeade and got a cherry sprite which I had yo mix up myself!! Idk who is running this place but someone else needs to
