Once I made it home and added mayo bc there was none on the sandwich, overall it was great. I do wish there would have been Mayo on the sandwich as requested, and if there was, then there to be more.

The only reason I'm rating it a 1 star is because it won't let me rate it a zero star. Placed an order on the app. Got order confirmation. Went to restaurant and was told they didn't receive my order. Showed them the order confirmation on my phone and showed them where my card was charged on my banking app. Chantel, the manager, instructed the employees to not make my order. Offered me no remedy. I was told repeatedly that she didn't care that my card was charged, that I couldn't cancel, that I could not have my order, and that I was to leave... without a refund or my order. Even though I was not rude and never raised my voice, Chantel the manager was yelling at me to just leave without resolving the problem. Threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. So, I would say the service at this location ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! Finally, while Chantel is yelling at me, she mentions that my card would be refunded. And that's all I needed to hear. I understand app glitches. But they had repeatedly to me that I would not receive my order and that Chantel didn't care that my card was charged.

Been a long time since I've been in Subway. I was impressed bye how many things they had on the menu. I got a footlong sandwich, a bag of chips, and a drink. Over 16$, that is outrageous. One thing is for sure I'll never go back in a Subway for sure. 16 dollars for a sandwich, chips and a coke. Fu_k that!!
