If this is the same one they have a drive Thur which is knew to me I liked that but I order a turkey bacon and guacamole wrap they didn't give me my guacamole. Now I would understandbit if it was a add on but it came with the sandwich and it wasn't on there I was dissatisfied

So the little guy working here isn't very friendly but he makes your sandwich EXACTLY like you ask him to. He is very good at his job!! I leave here very happy with my sandwich Now what I don't like is the ROACHES that crawl around on the counter. I domt think it gets in the food ots on the other side. But still that's a problem the manager needs to fix!!

Worst subway i have EVER been to let alone restaurant. These managers are beyond rude and disrespectful. If it wasnt so far away from where I live I wouldve gone up and given that lady a few words. She Hung up on me in my face when discussing a refund and refused to answer any further phone calls to the store. I placed an online order the day before and never received my food and was refused a refund when I asked and told it would be loaded to my card... which it has been 24 hours and STILL NO REFUND. BEYOND pissed at these incompetent. UPDATE: After 6 days and 10 emails.. I have finally received my refund.

Worst service ever!! It didn't matter what we asked for she gave us what she wanted us to have.also while waiting on sandwich several roaches climbed on counter.i love subway and this experience has made me change my mind on eating here ever again.
