Ordered Meatball sub, rather then fill with new batch that was 6 ft away they scraped the bottom of the tray to make mine. Service girl with black and red hair talked crap about previous customers out loud for all to hear " this is not Burger King I don't take requests ". Dirty, crap food, and rude.

Stopped at the Subway on Thomas, but they had a sign up that they weren't servicing drive through. I didn't want to park and go in, so I went over to Wells Road. I was greeted as soon as I drove up. I had to wait a moment or two while the drive-through person finished a task. Ordering was easy and fast. My order was ready quickly. It was hot, toasted well with just the perfect amount of everything. This is my favorite Subway. I rarely ever have issues there. I will be back!

This location has terrible service in the evenings it seems. Had an issue tonight and the last time I came. There was one customer inside, multiple employees as well but a long drive thru wait time and I was the only one in the drive thru!

Great palace, nice staff. I suggest going inside to get your sandwich made. I always have to ask for more of everything I get on my sandwich.
My Wife and I had a $45 dinner Here today at Subway. $18 for a 12" roast beef and $11 for a 6" turkey? We also had 2 bags of chips, two drinks and 1 cookie. Skimpy on meat and cheese brown lettuce sandwiches. We will never come back..

Got my order wrong after 2 people had to take it...called to tell them my order was wrong and I was coming back and i asked if they could go ahead and remake it and it be ready by the time i got back up there..they informed they dont even know what i had and i needed to bring my receipt and sandwiches...no apology..so I go up there and the one making my new sandwich is holding her head like it hurts and has to be told to start making my sandwich..an employee who is eating in the dining room chimes in and questions if I got the sandwiches from this location even tho i have my receipt and she isn't even involved the conversation..and then tells me it was rung up right and they dont know how it happened...I understand mistakes happen...but these employees know nothing about customer service...they could have cared less for the inconvenience..no apology..no nothing ...its ur job to pretend at least like u care...!
