Ordered online. Followed app for being prepared and finished. I arrived after the completed time, but the order was not even started. It was not busy at all. They just didn't seem to care. There is more, but I have said enough.Vegetarian options: I ordered for a vegan. I asked them to change their gloves, worker rolled their eyes but complied. Then they asked which cheese...I had to remind them that vegans don't eat cheese. Then they used a knife previously used on a tuna sandwich to cut the vegan sandwich. Maybe a little education is in order.

I like this location better than the one in town. It just tastes fresher, and I love that I can order online and have it ready when I get there. I really need to remember to try breakfast there.

I stopped in to get some food and was waiting for them to take my order. I was the only person there. The young man was filling up the Veggie stuff and he did Not have Gloves on. He was touching the veggies with his hands, picking stuff off the white counter and putting it into the dish to be used all with his hands NO GLOVES ON. I told the manager that that was not RIGHT. She did not seem to Care. So I just left. I did not order anything because of this and will not be going back.

They didn’t put cheese on either sandwich, we asked for lettuce on tomato on half the sandwich. I guess they thought half was divided into one side of the bread when opened. About 4 inches of the sandwich had no meat on it. Will not go back.

I ordered a BLT footlong and and it only had 3 slices of bacon, for a FOOTLONG!!! Was told the owner only allows them to make it like it is written on the substation, and they watch them to make sure they do it just so. For what I pay for the sub they are ripping us off! Any other subway I go to I actually get meat on it! The workers tho are super sweet and friendly, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars.

The artist was great. However she was the only one until 4:30pm. I spent $50. This subway probably lost that much during my time there because folks didn't want to wait. It's located in a travel plaza - invest in additional staff or get out of the business. I have worked for this type of owner - frugal micromanagers. These types always failed. Selah.

Never answers the phone. I ordered online and got the wrong sandwich and it had so much pepper on it i couldn't even eat it. The one by well road is the one to go to!

This is the slowest subway I ever seen. That little boy in there seems to think he can’t make a sandwich faster than 4 minutes. I would suggest going to Well Rd for your sandwich. Those people know how to work.
