The only reason this place is getting a star is because I had to these people are rude and when I asked the man not the manager but I asked a lady what her name was so I could report it to corporate the manager told me it was none of my business that she was a minor and that she would call corporate instead of us calling corporate on top of that whenever we got our food through the drive-thru my the whole order was wrong my fiance goes inside to correct the order and comes back out with the order still wrong so I go inside to correct the order and I get yelled at by the employees telling me that that's not what I ordered and on top of that there was another couple in there that have been sitting there for over 30 minutes and hasn't even gotten their food this place is out of control my fiance left there and went to Taco Bell on Thomas road to get what we actually ordered it's sad this place needs to be shut down or they need to get somebody to run it that's not a bunch of Lil thugs... AND WHEN YOU DO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE OR 1-800 TACO BELL TO TRY TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WHENEVER YOU HIT NUMBER FIVE WHERE IT TELLS YOU TO TALK TO SOMEBODY ABOUT YOUR RECENT EXPERIENCE IT HANGS UP ON YOU EVERY DAMN TIME I'M GOING TO MAKE SURE I LET EVERYBODY KNOW ABOUT THIS ONEKid-friendliness: There is no kid friendly here my son which is 16 years old went inside because like I said they got to order wrong so he went inside to get his nacho fries and and drink and they wouldn't even give him his drink how's that kid friendly and then on top of that one of them older girls that wasn't a minor was trying to hit on him so this place needs to be shut down

So me and my wife dropped in to grab a quick bite to hold us off till dinner. We wanted the rolled chicken tacos. We stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged. Finally a young lady asked if we were ready to order which we replied yes. She directs us to the kiosks behind us to place our order when she’s at the register and we are there. We turned to the kiosks to do her job. Guess what….what we wanted isn't on the kiosks menus. We checked every tab! Figuring that this business doesn't want our money we left and went to Taco Bandido and got excellent service and food. I'm not sure if we will ever return to Taco Bell.
