Food was awful. I did a pick up order and when I picked it up the fries were soggy and cold. The wings were also, no utensils in the bag, and most of all Coke products were empty. I am usually not a picky person when it comes to food but this was not good. I will not be back.

Food was decent before finding two out of 10 wings were raw and I was told my name was written down for a remake. When I call for remake I am told “I’m going to ask a manager what’s your name” so I’m put on hold for 10 minutes and hang up and call back. When I call back I am informed by the same guy that told me a remake would be given that he could not do that. Ok. The food is not worth buying imo and I will not be going back. Have been to this particular one 15 times or more and everytime somehow it takes 20-30 minutes no matter what I get. Service is horrible. Save your money and time.

If you plan on getting your food in a timely manner don't ever go here. I have went in there twice in a week and had 45 minute and 1 hour wait!! Somebody needs to get in there and show them how to run a freaking restaurant!! They are totally lost!! I have heard this from many customers.

The absolute worst service in any fast food restaurant. Called in an order at 6:00 and wanted it ready for pick up at 7:10. Got there at 7:20 and it was finally ready at 7:46. Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else.

It seems like it's in a random part of West Monroe, but the workers were nice and quick to get me my order. The food was good, but the garlic parmesan wings were a little off tasting, which was unexpected. Other than that though, just another good old Wingstop.
Wings were delicious but the fries were the worst I ever had. Tasted old! Like they were cooked yesterday. One of us had plain fries and the other one was Cajun seasoned fries. Both were terrible. Will go back for wings but no fries! The one star for the fries. Five stars for the wings!

Well 1st I called in my order and waited on hold for almost 10 (we drove from our location to their restaurant while on hold to see why we were still on hold nothing appeared to be going in as the girl who got on the phone was wondering around like a lost puppy ) get there and finally the girl gets back on the phone and takes my order . After placing my order and getting the order and getting home w it , the wings were so hard it was like eating bricks , the fries had No seasoning on them and they did not put all my order in the bag(celery sticks and carrot sticks ). This place has gone down the hill !!!!!! Very Disappointed !!!!!!
