Went through the drive thru told them 2 extra zaxbys sauce when I got home there wasn’t but a weird sauce in a cup I paid for the sauces too, on top of that they barely gave me fries in both of my meals and the fries looked and tasted like they were half done. Don’t know if I will come back to this location again you need people who actually work and know what they are doing!! Very disappointed in zaxbys:(

I would give this place a 5 but I'm still salty about them doing away with thousand island salad dressing and the fact that my favorite salad is only offered for limited times only. The southwest zalad! my favorite. Only had one person working counter and 1 working drive thru. The place was packed. Needed more help but thats everywhere ?. Food is always good and employees are always pleasant.

Their salads are fresh and tasty. Living on the road and eating poorly, a good salad goes a long way in balancing the diet.This restaurant is clean and service is good. I hardly ever go to Zaxby's because I'm not really a fan of chicken; but their grilled chicken is quite tasty. I'll be back.
