Awful!!!! Dont even bother. I waited at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes and decided I guess it was sit yourself. The hostess came by and was so rude. I asked if I could sit anywhere and she said no. Once I finally got a table a waitress took over 15 minutes to take my order. horrible

Overpriced horrible food. Service is even worse. Sat at the bar and was completely ignored. Kraft Mac n Cheese is better than what they are serving.

Food is decent, service not so much. Sat at bar for nearly 30 minutes and bartender ignored 50% of the bar the entire time I sat there, was never greeted or served (nor were the folks next to me). Walked across the casino and was greeted and served at the other bar within 3 minutes. Servers are very nice, but silverware looks like it was not even put into a sink since last use. All silverware I've had put infront of me at this location appears as if it was used 30 minutes prior to my arrival & never washed. Disappointing.

I've received better service from the crack head at 7 ELEVEn, the manager Ashley is the rudest, most self centered creature I've ever had the displeasure of sharing the same breathing air with. Of the top 5 people I dislike the most, she is 3 of them. And the food is on par with Great value branded microwave dinners.

Slow service almost every time I come here, but the food is pretty good. Decent draft beer selection and a pretty good amount of liquor. Bartenders gotta get better at multitasking, even if it's throwing down bev naps and saying "hey I'll be back with ya in a moment." Personal conversations with fellow coworkers should cease when in front of guests. I don't need to know y'all's personal business...

Ordered the Breakfast Platter, the potatoes are tater tots. The fresh fruit is half a orange slice and half a strawberry. They charge extra for take out. (Fun facts) Nowhere to really watch the game without paying extra for the empty areas that are roped off. Empty, but still roped off. This ain’t Vegas. It’s Lake Charles. It’s a weekday, Rope it off when there’s something going on. But customers don’t mean anything to these businesses anymore. It’s not just this place.

The experience was bad enough i dont want to talk about. Lets say almost an hour of sitting there waiting, we ended up having to leave and get food from another place.

Stayed all night at the Horseshoe Casino, has this restaurant here (Brew House). Very good service, was seated right away. Has appetizers to burgers ect . Great menu for breakfast, the breakfast was outstanding. Hours 8-10, Fri & Sat 8-11. Nice place to eat! They have large screen TV's you can watch. Stan H.

$27 for salmon but it was on 5 pieces of asparagus. If you're going to charge $27 at least put on a 2nd side. It costs so little. Broccoli, mashed potatoes. Make some attempt at making it a full meal.

Service slower than Chic fil A on Sunday. It was not busy. Hostess didn’t know who was the manager on duty. Left before we saw wait staff 15-20 minutes. Wait being the optimal word. Last few meals were a disaster. Overcooked chicken strips to greasy nachos. I could lubricate every car in Detroit. See picture - that stuff is oil in the bottom of the bowl. Time to change the oil in the fryer.

Chips and queso were bad. Chips were greasy and stuck together in clumps. The consistency of the queso was more like mashed potatoes.Chicken tenders, the breading was hard and old.

Surprised with the reviews here. We had dinner, and were happy all around. My wife’s fajitas were way better than we expected, and the redfish I had was great. Service was on point, and pricing was fair considering you’re in a casino.

Staying at hotel so I decided to try brew brothers out with my coworkers but it was the worst decision we could’ve done, on 9/11 we went in nobody served us, ended up leaving and Uber to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. Y’all have to step it up and greet guest and communicate with each other, just coming up to the table saying you’ll be back and never come back is bad service
