Burger needs to get it together. I look the smoked burger but the service always have issues; no matter where you go. My husband and I was on the Westbank the register was not taking credit cards. No people are waiting for at least 10 per car to be told “we are not taking credit cards.” This is 90% electronic driven world. I could only image how much money they lost that day? Not only did we had to wait for the food and we were the only one in the line for about 5 minutes,bag not fold to hold heat, no napkins and no ketchup and one straw. The food was hot which is a must and plus for me. It will be years and desperation before I return. Sad, use to be the be of my favorite food restaurants. Service can kill a business fast.

WOW, fresh food cooked in fresh, CLEAN oil? I order nothing from the fryer without first asking "when was the oil changed.?" I cannot eat those soggy, brown, grease soaked fries that come from nasty filthy Grease! Even though I forgot to ask about the oil, the fries were a crispy delicious golden brown. Bonus! The bun was fresh!

The drive-thru, which is the primary way that just about anyone gets their food, is an absolute wreck! Why? Because the employees like to cheat on their scores by making all of the customers park somewhere else in the lot so that the scale under the concrete by the window doesn't register a customer. This time, they had me back up behind the yellow post so the rest of the line couldn't even start paying for their order yet. By the time I finally pulled up, she had to ask me if I paid already. How could you not possibly know if I've paid yet?

Zero Stars. Worst experience I ever had at any Burger King. I ordered a Whopper Meal. My Whopper was supposed to be fully dressed the regular way. Instead it was loaded with Mayo, pickels, and tomatoes. It had no lettuce, no onions, and it was cold. The fries was hard, cold and had no salt. There was no ketchup in my bag even after I specifically requested it. The price on the menu said the cost of the meal was $8.79 before taxes and I was charged $9.83. I threw my meal in the trash. It was horrible.
