THE WORST . Needs to be closed down . Went through the drive thru and order 2 bowls , when i got to the window I paid thinking this can’t be the price . The lady with the unicorn appearance never once repeated anything back to me as I waited , I paid . Then had to pull around the other side to wait 30 minutes for all of what we had (2bowls) . I went inside to see what the mishap is and come to find me only having half my order . She then begin mumbling smart remarks . No need to be mad at yourself and you team ‘s lack of hearing . Remind you I was already waiting for food now I have to wait even longer because now she decided to make me wait to pay for more food. If you would have gotten in right the first time NONE of this would have even took place 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

10:17 a.m. the Drive thru says “open from 10 am”. and no one answered, no one came out or answered! Why do they say they open at 10 am if they don't comply? If you don't want to work then go home but don't bother clients with your faults and irresponsibility. appalling. there is not even service.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with just chicken and bread. I then am asked to wait at the pole before the window for 5 min. I receive my order and the sandwich is dressed. I am asked to pull forward and proceed to wait another 5 min. Just to get a plain spicy chicken sandwich. ?

Came to drive through and ordered a 4pc meal. As soon as I paid, was told to pull around because they were waiting on fries. Well 25 mins later, I had to get out and go inside for them to tell me “it’s gonna be 5 mo’ mins. We waiting on tge chicken.” Worst KFC experience EVER!!!

Okay KFC employees at the Westwego location, try to follow me. If I get too ahead then let me know. When a customers placed an order, the order will APPEAR on your screen. Follow that screen. Make the order exactly that appears on that screen. For example, if a customer order a chicken pot pie and again, the word "chicken pot pie" will appear on your screen, then make a chicken pot pie. In the end if the screen says chicken pot pie but you looked down and see that you are making anything other than a chicken pot pie, instantly there should be a lightbulb on top of your head letting you know that you are making a WRONG ORDER!! "Chicken pot pie"..."KFC Bowl"...."Chicken pot pie"..."KFC Bowl". See the difference...not the same things. The screen is there for a reason folks.

It’s totally nasty in this place from the time you grab the door handle..just look up once you walk in spider webs dust and totally unsanitary. This place is threat to public safety!!!! Plus horrible customer service and they have nerve to have nasty attitudes!!
