I've come here for lunch on many occasions recently due to family issues, work, etc and I must say this is the best McDonald's on the westbank in terms of food. I order the same thing Everytime and it's always hot/fresh. The gentleman that took my order was very polite and talked to me at the window. He made the experience all the more better.

This review is not about the food it’s about horrible service. I ordered in the mobile app. Arrived at the window and gave my code. The worker tells me the code is not in the system. I’m looking at the app. I’m at the right location. I ask for a manager she tells me ain’t nothing the manger can do they don’t have my order. We go back and forth because I’m looking at my paid for order in the app and I’m at the correct store. I decide to go inside the store and say I’m there for order 1625 the lady wearing the earpiece is standing in front of my bag and says the order was pick up at the counter not drive through. She could have easily said that at the window. She chose to be rude and nasty. At the window she said “I don’t know what to tell you” The burgundy red haired manager tried to make excuses for her that makes her just as bad. The system in drive through may not pick up counter offers but her eyes saw the number and could have easily redirected me. Both of them have horrible customer service. It’s not like that when the other manager is there. They could have corrected the oversight. I had no idea my app set to counter pick up. But instead they chose to be nasty. Way to go McDonald’s.
