Thanks for being such a great bakery. You can see the love in your decorating of the cakes. Sweet Generations is awesome and the cakes taste great! They were patient with my mother while she decided on how she wanted her cake decorated. They went through the books and also offered suggestions. When we picked up the cake, we were excited about how things came out! They gave directions on what we needed to do, and the owner carried the cake out to the car for us. On top of the decorations, the cake was delicious!! Everyone said how good the cake was, not too too sweet and moist. My mother froze a couple of pieces and my dad has been eating it lately, still raving about how good it is!! I will be using Sweet Generations for my cake needs. Until we meet again!!

I was looking for 2 dozen Petit Fours last minute for a bridal shower tomorrow and called Sweet Generations after another bakery told me they didn’t have any. The owner said she could make It for me right away and asked me what color I would like them. I picked them up 2 hours later. They were so cute and just what I was looking for. I just picked them up so I didn’t taste them yet but It looks and smells amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Love love LOVE sweet generations. I had the absolute best customer service experience with this bakery! I was in town in February looking to do some cake tasting. I had gone to two bakeries that I just knew off the top of my head and after scheduling tastings at both, I show up for them to tell me they would be closed on my wedding week (week of July 4th). After asking around for recommendations, I had two people mention sweet generations. I gave them a call and asked to schedule a tasting. The owner told me they usually did tastings on certain days but I was leaving before those days to go back home. She squeezed me in anyway and got me on the schedule for a tasting the day before we left Louisiana. The cake was DELICIOUS and it was the one thing I looked forward to from February until July. I ordered a 3 tiered cake with Pineapple, Bavarian Cream, and strawberry fillings on each of the different tiers. We also ordered a chocolate grooms cake with chocolate buttercream icing. On the day of the wedding, the cakes were delivered with no issues and tasted just as good as when we had the tasting. I would recommend Sweet Generations a thousand times over and I’m so glad we chose them for our cakes. I plan to go back to sweet generations every time I return home to Louisiana.

Petit fours are delicious, they are moist and have a good almond flavor, yummy. The rocky road is excellent! The turtles are the best. Friendly service and it smells like cake when you walk in the door.The price is very reasonable. One day I will have to order a cake, I know it will be exceptional.

I bought some Turtles and cake today from Sweet Generations at the NOFA Gumbo and Jambalaya cook off. OMG! The turtles reminded me of McKenzie's! The cake was delicious! I haven't been to their bakery...YET! But I can't wait! I live in Terrytown but it I know it will be worth the trip.
