?????????? I just visited this place on 02/06/24. Is this the same place in WESTWEGO...that has the KFC and ? TACO BELL combined??? I have seen the reviews??? I must have been in another dimension when I ate here with a coworker on Tuesday, AGH. The young lady that took our order around 10:30 - 10:45 a.m. for 3 crunchy taco's as a to go, but we decided to eat in....was amazing. Courteous, patient, smiling...we were on phones having conversations and even bickering between ourselves...me and one of my besties. The taco's were hot, tasty, fresh, crispy, full of meat and delicious. Trust me ...more than I have eaten in months. WHAT? Have you been to a Taco Bell across the river??? When this is the only thing they specialize in and it still CACA!!! We got taco's, while immersed in gravy laden chicken bowls paraphernalia and a 7 dollar KFC special that kept tap dancing on our CRANIUMS. The service again...please I didn't keep my receipt. This young lady needs KUDOS!!! Go here. What are you bougie Taco Bell prima donnas waiting on??? Some of y'all in ya sour cream / DIABLO sauce feelings. BTW...don't come for me...truss me. I have a KFC drumstick ? waiting on ya.

First of all I want to say I don't think the blacks like serving the whites very rude little black girl on her phone while taking our order mess the order up since when can you be on your phone taking a order ? She was extremely rude why does she have a job that's the Question ? This is the second establishment we've been too in the last month and the Black's are very rude to white people !!! I have Black granddaughter and she ever treated anyone badly she would be in Trouble with me. You need to fire your Crew and find respectful people to Work !!!

The food was good, but they don't give receipts . Is this a new thing?Vegetarian options: There is a need for more vegetarian options, and it needs to be listed on the board. Also all receipts need to be given to customers. Especially at this location.

Taco Bell on exspressway cut off all there lights and doors and made it seem like it’s closed when they supposed to be open just so they can not make food and still get paid that whole place needs new staff and fire whoever’s working

Found a bug on my taco , not hard to miss . Truly disgusting! Lady talking my order at the drive thru sounded like she didn't want to be at work at all . So miserable. I just don't see how you miss a whole bug when you wrapped it up !
Outside the place looks nice but when I walked inside it looks run down. Only half of the food prep area was opened and it's dark inside. I waited for a bit before I had to asked if it was drive thru only. It looked like they were short staff since I only saw 2 people working. The best part is my order came out correct! The downside is the price on receipt is different from the price posted by a bit.

I would say horrible service but it was no service. We walked in and waited several minutes to have our order taken. An employee walked in, didn't acknowledge us , another peeked around looked at us from the kitchen without saying a word to us. After waiting a couple more minutes we left. We were driving an RV pulling a trailer so obviously the drive thru wasn't an option. Definitely wouldn't waist my time pulling in

Sat in drive thru for several minutes with no service came inside only to stand there with no help and see the drive thru being attended to only and a lot of cursing from employees well one employee but it’s a lot of playing 6:27 pm 2/8/2023 oh wait someone coming to take my order
