I ordered pull pork nachos to go and they gave me a bag of chips, pulled pork in a plastic bag, and all separate topping in little containers. I asked for more BBQ Sauce and they wanted to charge me a dollar for a teaspoon of BBQ Sauce. Really. Not happening.

I know they are short handed at times, but there is one waitress or she just stays behind the counter, not sure, but she doesn’t have a good attitude or “bedside manner” so to speak. All the call in orders get taken care of prior to you being seated. The last 2 times we’ve been there, we’ve had to sit for 20 min while 13 customers (not counted) came in to pick up their call in orders while we just sat & waited. We almost left. The food is good, it’s not great, but it’s good. The shrimp & corn soup is good, but too much corn. The crawfish e’toufe isn’t the best. Their seafood gumbo is good, I do love their fruit, pecan salad with the house dressing.

My husband and I went to this restaurant. We have eaten there a number of times. But the last time the service was not as good as before. I do we were a little late for dinner because of an appointment. When we entered the waitress told us to sit any where. She took our drink order brought it. Took her awhile to get her to come take our order. In fact one of the guys that was clearing tables asked if we need something we said yes need to place our order. She took our order and put it in . When she brought the order I asked if it was cut in half. She said there was a knife in the fork and knife packet. So I pulled out the butter knife and finally got it cut in half. This is the first time this has happened to us. The food was as always great but the waitress needs an attitude adjustment. Maybe she was having a bad day I hope this is the problem but she was not nice at all.

Excellent food. Portions are fantastic. I find it a little pricey but it's not crazy. We typically always order to-go and have pretty much had 100% order accuracy. Definitely recommend.
3rd time going in the last year, 3rd time I haven't even eaten my food. All 3 times my foods come out the plates been the only thing hot. They offered to remake it after I tracked down a server, but by that time my entire party had already almost finished. They then proceeded to ask if they could remake it for me to go. Save your money, plenty of other places in Zachary with better food
