Bre, the manager was extra nice and helpful. I was able to taste the flavors I had a question about, and she was very patient as I made up my mind as this was my first visit to this establishment! It was an awesome experience, and I will definitely be returning!

Would highly not recommend. We ordered online so that we would not have to deal with the rude employees. An hour later went to go pickup our order and it was not ready. Instead, had to sit there and receive dirty looks and attitude from the employees. We won't be back. I'll take the long drive to the other location.

I asked for a sundae and the worker was confused on how to make it. I’ll never visit this location again. I would’ve given 0 stars but it wasn’t an option.
absolutely delicious! I’ve ordered cakes from the cookie side and the ice cream side. Both cakes came out perfect! The staff is a little young, but not an issue.

Ordered a cookies & cream ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The cake had no cookies in it hardly or on top of the cake. When I asked about this, even the young girl said I don’t know what’s going on with the cake makers & we tried to find a cake with more cookies but they didn’t have any. I was also charged twice for the cake and left message for manager about this, I never received a call back. The customer service here was not good at all, the quality of the cake was horrible. If this location remains open I will be shocked! It’s just left to a bunch of young kids to run the business it seems like, with no good management at all.
