This is my first time at this location! I always ordered the same smoothie. The cashier suggested a new smoothie for me called the Pineapple Surf. I was hesitant but I glad I took his suggestion because it was the bomb.com and so smooth and creamy. Definitely my new fave! My receipt says his name is Myan M. He had impeccable customer service! I've always loved Smoothie King but I really don't like the new phone app. I had almost 6000 points but the minute they went to the new app, my points were never the same. My points were broken up so I can use $1 here or $2 there but I want to use all if my $5 at one time and now my points are missing & it's saying I don't have any when I know I do.

I always come to this smoothie king and everytime I come I'm waiting 10-15 minutes for my smoothie. My last visit was horrible, I'm just sitting in drive thru waiting on my smoothie for so long I started to ask for my money back and as I'm waiting I see one employee sitting down with the headset on in the lobby and the others I hear them laughing and clowning while cars are sitting in drive thru waiting on there smoothies.
