I used to love Sonic, however, tonight when my husband brought my order home I was confused. I had looked at the app and decided that I wanted the 3 piece chicken strip meal and a small order of mozzarella sticks. The app shows that the meal comes with toast and an onion ring. (I have ordered this before and many times they forget the onion ring.) This has always come in a box.I got a bag this time with the items, however there was no toast and no onion ring. And the chicken strips are the same size as the mozzarella sticks.I called and they said they don't have the box anymore and don't offer it with the items I was missing.Yet, the price was the same. Less items, smaller chicken. No thanks. ?

Tater tots were only thing good out of what I ordered....chicken tenders were dry and overcooked and cherry limeade was disgusting-- watered down and way too much lime flavor/

I mean do they really think it's OK to hand u a shake that has ice cream and strawberry all over the outside of the cup? It was in the hands of at least 2 employees and not one of them took 2 seconds to wipe it off for me. If you're THAT lazy and unwilling to be attentive to your customers, find another job!!
