As soon as we walked in, there were 3 tables that were still dirty from previous patrons and remained that way until we left. This was at 6:30am on a Thursday. There were 2, maybe 3 employees working. I saw one cook and one server. At this time of the morning, they had 2 people sitting up front and there were a total of 4 people in the whole please including us. We sat down and immediately noticed our table was slightly dirty because it still had wet coffee rings and was sticky from syrup. The floor was a little slick and had napkins scattered. The food was great like it always is. It was just a little weird not having great service and and cleanliness like all the other Waffle Houses I've been to.

The cashier, server nor manger on duty never acknowledged me for 30 to 40 minutes standing at the register waiting to order. When the server was told that it had a person at the register waiting to order she replied I know & still ignored me!!!. I’m still waiting as we speak!! Poor poor customer service.

Ordered my normal choice, couldn't even finish half of it. Ended up getting sick for 3 days. Big no, big no. Not to mention the staff is rude as hell. Guess you could say it's a typical trashy WH.

Awesome staff and the inside was clean with a Christmas tree but the burger I ordered to go was just fried absolutely too hard. So tough to chew, it was fried like a pan sausage. I forgot to make sure they gave me lettuce, tomato and pickle but none of that would've helped the burger. The waffle I ordered alongside with it was very nice.
Suggestion. Food service and customer service go hand in hand. For the black female with the locks. You need an attitude

Swore off Zachary Waffle House when it first opened because our waitress was bullied by other waitresses, causing our order to keep being pushed back to end of line of waitresses lined up to present orders to cooks.However, no other restaurants in Zachary serving breakfast so decided to try it again.Old system of getting order placed with kitchen changed, so we were served promptly and food served hot.Waitress pleasant and efficient.Crying baby not pleasant, but, after all, is Waffle House and seated elbow to elbow (next to nice couple).
