when i come in during lunch time the staff is very friendly and i have never had a problem. but the night shift/dinner crew is very rude and does not listen to what you order. how many times can they make my boneless wing order into bone in and it be a mistake? very frustrated with this experience. they charged me more for the bone in combo when i ordered boneless. when i got my order, i let them know i had ordered boneless, and they didn't even refund me the difference.

I ordered the 20 pc boneless combo for $16.99 1/2 Louisiana Rub and 1/2 Hot with Fries and an order of veggie sticks I sit and waited for 1 1/2 hour for my order by the time I received my food and made it home wing stop had done closed they had gave me a 8 piece bone in wing with fries ion even kno the flavor with no veggie sticks and no drink. and the food was very much cold.

When ordering the person at the counter, she was very informative. She forgot to ask my name and I didn't know she needed it because I don't frequent Wingstop. Not knowing my food was complete, I waited extra long before going back to the counter to figure out the mixup. Patrons coming into the establishment were loud and rude. Some mugs were given as they waited for their food, and I ate. The girl did come and apologized for the inconvenience of her mistake, and I found that to be very helpful. I will go back but not to dine in.

This is my first time ordering from this location...I ordered a 8 piece half lemon half Louisiana rub...the fries was not cooked through..the chicken that lacked flavor was freezing cold!!! The worst ever

Trash service ?! Was given a 28-33 minute pick time. Received my food an hour later. The kids were dumbfounded. I asked for a refund they told me it would take 5-8 days to get reviewed by the owner ?. Never again! I’ll starve first.
If I could give it less than one star I would. It's less about the food...when it's cooked properly and hot, the food is still good. But the service, including shift manager(s) is HORRIBLE. Online orders are routinely dropped from the system so when you walk in, you may or may not have an order. They do not answer the phone, no matter if the store is full or not. I've walked in and be the only customer...while calling from my cell phone....and I watched the workers stand in a circle and talk. One manager in particular is always complaining about how it's "not her store" yet she's always there, assisting the others in messing up orders. If you order with them, let me wish you luck and patience....you'll need a healthy dose of both!!!!

I really want to love them bec...who doesn't love wings right? I always order wings well done because I don't like "wet" chicken. Well they overstood the assignment. The wings were hard and dried out. Not the first time this has happened.. and they were sitting in what looked like some kind of oil at the bottom. The new flavor was really good and I had honey mustard as my sauce ..I just wish I could get a well done wing that wasn't hard and dry

Y'all this is what happened to me tonight, May 26, 2022 Thursday. I was craving some wings so I decided to check out Wings Stop. So I Googled locations. One place was in Zachary,, La. Went there because they close at 10:00pm, once inside the lady ask me was I there to pick up or order. I told her order, she says, "Oh I'm sorry madam we are not taking anymore order tonight, now it was only eleven minutes after nine p.m. I didn't get mad, irate, with her I left. Sat in my car found another location at 9600 Florida Blvd. Went there the young lady was very polite, greeted each customer that came in, asked the same question, got my name, told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes but was ready in 15 minutes. The restaurant was very clean, friendly staff, and they open at 10:30 am and close at 12 midnight. Great well lit location. So, stay away from Zachary location if nine o'clock is close, if y'all can go to the one on 9600 Florida Blvd and the food I got was delicious. I'm for sure going back.
